\nFor which grade levels does this work?
\nHow could this be applied to the subject of reading?
\nHow do you make sure they are doing the video work at home?
\nIf a student is absent, they are going to miss the "practice" time. How does the teacher help the student make it up?
\nWill this eliminate the need for a classroom teacher? If all of the lessons are available, couldn't a trained adult just go over the practice problems with the students?

\nAre we willing to do what it takes? Yes, we believe most teachers are willing to do what it takes to reach all students. To accomplish this, teachers need to think outside the box. They can't think of school as the traditional model anymore. One way this can be done is to differentiate the school hours. Perhaps more than one shift could be put in place, such as 8:00-4:00, and then 4:00-12:00. Another option is to have the school computer lab open after school hours and create online learning opportunities for them. Teachers could incorporate problem-based learning into students' work experiences as a way to earn credit.
